Gather your family and friends for an egg-citing Easter Sunday with us at the Harris Ranch Resort! We are hosting our Easter Celebration on Sunday, April 20th, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. in our Prime Steakhouse.

Our culinary team is excited to showcase our mouthwatering Prime Steakhouse menu, highlighting our USDA Prime-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and locally sourced produce. Additionally, our menu spotlights a number of special holiday features including:

Steak Diane ~ Two 4 oz. Prime Filet Medallions, Pan Seared and Tossed in a Creamy Diane Sauce. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Rack of Lamb ~ Rack of Australian Lamb, Pan Seared and Roasted with a Crispy & Crunchy Pesto Panko Crust. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Blood Orange Honey Glazed Salmon ~ Pan Seared and Oven Roasted Alaskan King Salmon, finished with a Blood Orange and Honey Glaze. Served with Rice Pilaf and Seasonal Vegetables

Mushroom Risotto ~ Creamy Risotto with Mushrooms, cooked with fine diced Garlic and Shallots, Butter, White Wine, and finished with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
