Each course has been expertly paired with wines from CRU Winery – our valued partner and the talented winemaking team behind our Harris Ranch Wines – showcasing the connection between exception food, wine, and the land from which they originate. Throughout the evening, representatives from CRU Winery will share insights into their winemaking process, the unique characteristics of each wine, and the stories behind their vineyard’s success. Guests will have the opportunity to engage with the winemakers, ask questions, and deepen their appreciation for these exquisite wines.
